NeurixGenerations and refunds
What happens after you start and when stars come back.
Statuses
- Queued / Running β the model is working. Video can take several minutes.
- Done β the result is in your history and in the bot. Download it or repeat with the same settings.
- Failed / Canceled β the stars are back on your balance.
When stars come back
- The model rejected the request (for example, content rules).
- The provider failed and the backup could not finish it either.
- The generation ran out of time.
- You canceled before the work started.
Refunds are automatic. If the stars did not come back, contact support in the bot.
Storage
Results stay in your history. You can remove a generation from it at any time.
